5549 Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime Law

The Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime Law has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 18 October 2006. The purpose of this law is to determine the principles and procedures for prevention of laundering proceeds of crime.
