2238 Organ Transplantation Law

The Organ Transplantation Law has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 3 June 1979.  The harvesting, storage, grafting, and transplantation of organ and tissues for treatment, diagnostic and scientific purposes are subject to the provisions of the Organ Transplantation Law.
