4817 Law on the Work Permit for Foreigners

The law on the work permit for foreigners has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 6 March 2003. The purpose of this law is to regulate the work of foreigners in Turkey with a system of work permit and to specify the rules regarding the working permits to be given to these foreigners.
