4703 The Law on the Preparation and Implementation of the Technical Legislation on Products

The Law on the Preparation and Implementation of the Technical Legislation on Products has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 11 July 2001. The purpose of this Law is to lay down the principles and the procedures for the
placing on the market of the products, conformity assessment, market surveillance and inspection and the notifications relating to these arrangements.
