25205 Regulation for Implementation of FDI Law

The Regulation for Implementation of the Foreign Direct Investment Law has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 20 August 2003. The purpose of this Regulation is to designate the  procedures and principles of the issues that are laid down within Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Law No. 4875 dated 5 June 2003.
