The Regulation on Principles for Establishment and Operations of Financial Leasing, Factoring and Financing Companies has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 10 October 2006. The purpose of this regulation is to establish procedures and principles governing:

b) Amendments made to the articles of association and share transfers
c) Managers

d) Transaction limits
e) Cancellation of operation licenses
f) Mergers, transfers, divisions and liquidation
g) Accounting, reporting and audits concerning financial leasing companies, factoring
companies and financing companies.
