26333 Regulation on Financial Holding Companies

The Regulation on Financial Holding Companies has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 1 November 2006. The purpose of this regulation is to regulate the procedures and principles for the scope of financial holding companies, their corporate structures and their limitations and audits.
