28504 Electricty Reliability and Quality Regulation

The Transmission System Supply Reliability and Quality Regulation has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 21 December 2012. The purpose of this regulation is to set forth  the procedures and principles applicable to the transmission system supply reliability and quality requirements to be fulfilled for reliable and low-cost operation of the transmission system and for ensuring delivery of high quality, adequate and low cost energy to consumers.
