28994 Electricity Market Customer Services Regulation

The Electricity Market Customer Services Regulation has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 8 May 2014. The purpose of this regulation is to set forth the standards, procedures and principles that will be applied for the customers that are connected to or that seek connection to the distribution system and the parties that provide service to these customers in  accordance with the connection agreements, retail agreements or bilateral agreements.
