28539 Health And Safety Measures Concerning The Work With Asbestos
The purpose of this Regulation is to protect workers health from
risk of asbestos exposure and to
determine the limit values and other special measures during the dismantling,
demolition, repair and maintenance activities.

a) Is
based on article 30 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act no. 6331 dated
20.06.2012 and article 12 of the Law on the Organization and Duties of Labour
and Social Security Ministry no. 3146 dated 09.01.1985.
b) The European Council Directive No. 83/477/EEC of 19.09.1983 and the Directive No. 91/382/EEC of 25.06.1991 are prepared in parallel with the Directive of the European Parliament No. 2003/18/EC of 27.03.2003 and the Directive No. 2009/148/EC of 30.11.2009.
