26333 The Regulation on the Internal Systems of banks

The Regulation on the Internal Systems of banks has been published in the Official Gazette in Turkey on 1 November 2006. The purpose of this Regulation is to lay down procedures and principles concerning the internal control, internal audit and risk management systems to be established by banks and the functioning of these systems.
